W8 Village is situated in Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim just 30 minutes drive from Bundoran. W8 Village consists of 14 brand new, luxury self-catering accommodation units, boasting all essential mod cons including wifi and safe underground parking.

Chill out and relax in the designer lounge with WIFI, TV and comfortable furniture. Explore the fine art paintings, prints and pictures from local artists and photographers, inspired by the local area.  Each townhouse is completed with it’s own private outdoor space, table and chairs. There is a sensored central heating system fitted throughout the townhouse.

These properties are 2 minutes’ walk from the Centre of Manorhamilton, North Leitrim, overlooking the shadow of Benbo Mountain. Unspoilt seven beautiful glens; Glencar, Glenfarne, Glenaniff, Glenboy, Glenkeel, Gleniff and Glenade, with rivers, lakes and forests abundant in the area.

Manorhamilton has several excellent pubs and restaurants offering traditional Irish and international cuisine, local ales and freshly caught fish specials.  Just 30 minutes’ drive from the Coastal towns of Bundoran and  Sligo.

The town is located on the crossroads of the R280 going south to the county town of Carrick-on-Shannon (50km) and the east west N16 linking Sligo (26km) to Enniskillen and beyond (40km).

House rules

Booking Deposit

An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €150 per property is required to secure booking. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.

Security deposit on arrival is €150.00 to €350.00
You are responsible to the office for the actual costs of any breakage or damage in or to the accommodation, along with any additional costs that may result, which are caused by you or your party. These costs may be deducted from your deposit, but are not limited to that amount. You may be billed for the difference between this and the actual cost of the repairs. Note: Tell us about the problem and we will try to deal with it. Repairs: No repairs of any kind to the property or contents must be attempted by you or your party. Any damage must be reported immediately to the office.

 Accidents, injury and personal property.
Portbeg Holiday Homes shall have no liability to you for the death or personal injury to you or any member of your party. You must take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal property. No liability to you is accepted in respect of damage to or loss of such property.

 During your stay;
You can arrive at your accommodation after 3 pm on the start date of your holiday and you must leave by 10 am on the last day. The office is entitled to refuse to hand over to you or to repossess the accommodation if they reasonably believe that any damage is likely to be caused by you or your party or can repossess the accommodation if damage has been caused. You cannot allow more people than you have booked to stay in the accommodation, nor can you significantly change the makeup of the party during the duration of your stay in the accommodation. You may not carry out any form of trade or business from the property, nor may you sub-let any part of the buildings. The properties are entirely non-smoking and you agree not to smoke in any part of the house.

If we discover anyone has been smoking in our houses we will deduct €100 from the deposit for the fumigation fee.

You must allow the office or any representative of the Portbeg Holiday Homes access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay.

NOISE: The house is in a residential area and we have a zero-tolerance policy on late-night noise. All outside music is prohibited in consideration of the neighbors. Please bear this in mind before making a booking. If these rules are not adhered to your deposit will be affected.

Cleaning on departure
You agree to keep the accommodation clean and tidy as found and leave the accommodation in a similar condition.
Failure to meet this standard will result in a cleaning charge against your deposit.
