Accommodation
Adjacent to the Knightsbrook Hotel in an attractive courtyard setting are twenty eight self catering holiday homes. Each house has three spacious bedrooms with a combination of double and twin bedded rooms with contemporary decor with rich creams and warm reds and browns. The houses all have an individual garden terrace area with its own miniature putting green, the perfect place to relax on a warm summers evening.
Courtyard homes consist of three en-suite bedrooms, they sleep up to eight people. There is one bedroom downstairs which has one double bed. Upstairs they have two bedrooms, one has a double bed & a single bed and the last room has a double bed & two single beds.Courtyard homes consist of three en-suite bedrooms, they sleep up to eight people. The health club facilities include a high tech gym, swimming pool and wet spa with herb sauna, salt grotto and steam rooms. Guests will also benefit from discounted resident green fees for the 18 hole championship Knightsbrook Golf Course designed by Christy O'Connor Jnr.
Trim has an excellent public playground & local swimming pool.

Booking Deposit
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €100 per property is required to secure booking. The balance of the payment is required 42 days before arrival date.
Utilities
ESB and Gas – will be charged directly to the guest’s account for payment on departure. €35 for 5 Nights or €50 for 7 Nights.
Housekeeping
The house will be serviced on Tuesday and Thursday during a weekly let. Bins shouldbe left outside for housekeeping to collect on departure.
Towels & Linen
Towels and linen are provided. There are additional sheets and towels in upstairs cupboard.
Cots & Highchairs
Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered. HighChair - €15.00 per Stay. Cot - €20.00 per Stay
Babysitting - €10.00 per hour payable to the babysitter on the night (€15.00 per hour applicable on New Years Eve only)
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €250 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
