The apartments are located back off Ringsend Road and offer a lovely courtyard setting to the front of the building giving the feeling of space in the centre of a city.

The location of the apartment is excellent with access to the restaurants and shopping area in the Grand Canal area. There are many great facilities all within a short walk of the apartment so a car is not necessary. The city centre is about a 20 minute walk from the apartment.
Centrally located the south city centre, the apartment is within walking distance of tourist attractions such as Temple bar, Christchurch cathedral and the Four Courts. Local amenities include, shops, cafes restaurants, parks, river, gyms etc.

An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €100 is required to secure booking. For stays costing more than €1500 a booking deposit of 20% is required. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.
The charge for utilities is €10 per day (gas, electricity and internet).

Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered.
A refundable security deposit of €150 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
