These beautifully designed holiday homes offer complete guest comfort within easy walking distance of Kenmare town. Kenmare was recently awarded the accolade of Ireland's best kept town on the whole island of Ireland and deservedly so! Each house comprises 3 bedrooms all upstairs and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in 1 x double bedroom ensuite, 1 x twin bedroom ensuite, 1 x twin bedroom, main bathroom all upstairs. The ground floor is bright, spacious & airy. The open plan living area leads onto the fully equipped kitchen with an island feature. The houses are heated by gas central heating. The patio & tastefully landscaped pebble area at the rear of each house is the perfect place to relax & unwind. The houses back onto an open plan landscaped green area. Guest toilet downstairs. Heating & electricity is an additonal charge of €6 per day which is payable on departure to the caretaker onsite. A security deposit of €200.00 per house must be given to the supervisor on arrival. This will be returned to you provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with. Rate Notes
The rates published are weekly rates, unless otherwise stated. During the peak summer season weekly lettings are from Saturday to Saturday. For off peak periods we can offer flexibility on arrival dates.
Weekend, mid-week and Bank Holiday rates are available on request by email or by telephone 0404 64608 (International 00353 404 64608).
Booking Deposit
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €150 per property is required to secure booking. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.
Electricity
The charge for electricity is charged on a daily basis. The charge is €6 per day.
Cots & Highchairs
Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €200 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.

There are lots of great fishing spots to choose from around Kenmare including Clonee Lake, Kenmare Bay and the Black Valley. Permits can be obtained locally.
Hill Walking
The Kerry Way and Beara Way walking routes are ideal for those with an interest in trekking or you could even join the annual summer hike to Ireland's highest mountain, Carrauntouhil. The foothills of the famous MacGillycuddy Reeks are right on Kenmare's doorstep.
Diving
Kenmare and its vicinity offers some incredible dive spots and wrecks. You may even be lucky enough to come across a dolphin or two. Try-dives are available for beginners and advanced dives for the more experienced at Kenmare Bay diving.
Pony Trekking
Pony Trekking is the ideal way to explore the hidden treasures of Kenmare and its hinterland. Professional lessons are also available for beginners.
