The two bedroom apartment is designed as follows; Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, is a double ensuite. It has a queen size double bed and is equipped with a flat screen TV, hair dryer and alarm clock/radio. The ensuite shower room has a pumped shower and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size double bed and is equipped with a flat screen TV and an alarm clock/radio.

The main bathroom has a pumped shower over the bath, and a heated towel rail.

The living area has been modernly designed using luxurious reclining leather couches, a 30 " flat screen TV, DVD player and radio/cd player.

The dining area is perfect intimate gatherings by having seating for 4 people.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary mod cons such as; oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, food mixer, washing machine & condenser dryer. Cutlery, dishes & cooking utensils are also supplied.

Jacobs Island is located 1 km form the Jack Lynch Tunnel and is easily accessible to all major routes into and out of Cork City. Just 5 km to Cork airport and 3 km to the City Centre the apartment is a perfect location for anybody visiting or working in the city. Located with access to public transport (bus stops just outside the front door) the area also boasts shoreline walks along the harbour.

Mahon Point shopping centre is directly across the road ( Cork's Newest shopping Mall) and boasts high street shops like Debenhams, B&Q, Currys, Halfords, Tesco 24 hour grocery shopping, Eason's Book store , high class clothing boutiques, a food court with all the major fast food brands on board, Cinema, Bennigans sports bar/ restaurant and other shops.

Douglas Village is a short drive and there are a number of high class restaurants located there , Monkstown and Rochestown not to mention the Barn at Lotabeg.
