Glanerought is a brand new development of 3 bedroom houses overlooking the picturesque town of Kenmare. As they are new they are fully fitted to exceptional standards and have a 4 Star Bord Failte approval. The development is perfect for families as on site there is a childrens play area. Glanerought is only 5 minutes walk away from Kenmare town, following a pathway leading to a small estate and then onto the town itself.

Each house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to five people. There are 2 double rooms, the master bedroom is ensuite and a single room. There is also a main family bathroom.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including dishwasher and fridge/freezer washing machine and dryer.

The living area has a gas fire, TV with satellite channels and DVD player.

The town is renowned for its many restaurants. The streets are lined with cafes, pubs, galleries, boutiques and jewellery shops. Kenmare is one of the only towns with two five star hotels, Sheen Falls and the Park Hotel. The surrounding countryside offers easy access to the Ring Of Kerry and the Beara way walking trails. Kenmare is a paradise for the golf enthusiast with two eighteen hole golf courses, the Kenmare Golf club and Ring of Kerry Golf and Country Club.

Watersports are in abundance with Sailing, Canoeing, Windsurfing, pleasure trips along Kenmare Bay and deep sea fishing. The many lakes and rivers surrounding Kenmare offer anglers the delights of some of the best fishing in the world.
